Domestic orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
What is your return policy for scooters and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to motorized units that have been unboxed and driven.
Do the scooters come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters come with a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.

Are the scooters water-resistant for rainy weather?
Most of our models feature an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles to avoid electrical damage.
